Shaun Hayes is a former CEO and co-founder of Allegiant Bancorp, a public bank holding company in St. Louis, Missouri. He is an accomplished entrepreneur who started his first business at the age of 16 and went on to own and sell hundreds of residential and commercial properties. Additionally, he was involved in the casino business and had successful ventures in multiple industries. At 29, he bought his first bank, and by the age of 32, he was the CEO of a bank. Shaun successfully ran a public company at the age of 35 and sold it at 44 for half a billion dollars. He achieved great success through hard work and innovation.

However, his story took an unexpected turn when he committed a felony and was incarcerated eight years later. Shaun has since shared the hard-earned lessons he learned from his rise and fall in the business world. These lessons are valuable not only for individuals but also for groups and businesses. Despite his past mistakes, Shaun remains a prominent figure in the business world.

Shaun is a well-educated individual who received his Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and a graduate degree in banking from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. He currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri, where he enjoys reading, exercising, and watching sports. Shaun`s journey showcases how success can be attained through hard work and innovative thinking, but also highlights the importance of learning from one`s mistakes.
